My role involves leading and delivering a diverse portfolio of technical research and innovation projects with a special focus on whole energy systems and experimental validation. My expertise lies in a whole-system approach to decarbonizing the energy sector, encompassing electricity, heat, and transport.
With over a decade of experience in the energy transition, I bridge the gap between technology, regulation, and policy. My work spans a wide range of topics, including the energy transition, government intervention, electric mobility, demand-side response, renewable energy integration, and heat decarbonization.

When I’m not diving into the world of energy systems, you can find me pursuing my hobbies. I love gardening, painting, cardmaking, crocheting, and crafting. These creative outlets bring me immense joy and help me unwind. Recently, I’ve transitioned from reading physical books to listening to audiobooks, which has significantly increased the number of books I can enjoy. 📚
I’m a mom to a wonderful teenager, and we have a lot of fun exploring new hobbies and activities together. In the kitchen, I enjoy cooking up a storm, though I must admit, I’m less enthusiastic about the cleanup! 🍳
